The MILANO STONE Moka pot is made from food safe aluminium and a non-toxic silicon gasket seal.  This moka pot can be used on all gas and electric stovetops, however because it is aluminum it is not suitable for induction stovetops. The MILANO is the only moka pot that features a burn guard on the grip to protect your fingers from touching the hot surface of the pot. In addition, it also features a ‘Made in Italy’ certified safety valve that prevents internal pressure from increasing to a dangerous point.
