Final Sale
All consumable products, or any items marked “Final Sale” in the product description are final sale and cannot be returned.
Returns
Beanwise will accept the return of purchases under the following conditions:

All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee based on original purchase price.

A request to return products must be submitted via email to info@beanwise.ca, including the order number, customer name, and products/quantities being returned.

All return requests must be initiated within 2 weeks of when your order has been delivered.

After the return request is approved via email, the customer is responsible for shipping the products to our fulfilment centre (see address below), or bringing the products to one of our Beanwise stores. Please note that products purchased online and returned in-store will be refunded online within 5 business days and not immediately.

The returned products must not be not open, broken, damaged or expired (any products arriving as such will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense). It is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the products to ensure the products arrive intact.

All products must be returned in original packaging, with any original accessories and instruction literature.

Product reimbursement is subject to condition of return. All products being returned must be in full-unopened condition.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the products. The customer may select their own shipping carrier, as shipping charges will be their responsibility. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost products. The returns should be sent to the following address:

Please include the following information with the return shipment: order number, customer name, and products/quantities being returned.

A credit (minus the restocking fee) will only be issued after the returned products have been inventoried and inspected by our warehouse manager and are in good resalable condition. We cannot issue credit for open, broken, damaged or expired products.

If the returned products are deemed to be in good, resalable condition after our inspection, a credit (minus the restocking fee) will be applied within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation

Online orders may only be canceled if the order has not yet been shipped from our distribution centre. Any online order that has already shipped is not eligible for cancellation.

There may be a delay between when an order has shipped and when a customer receives shipping confirmation. Please send all cancellation requests via email to info@beanwise.ca to confirm whether or not the order is eligible for cancellation.
Damaged Products

Damaged products must be reported to info@beanwise.ca within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damage.
