Peru
From the San Ignacio region, this component is grown on smallholder farms intercropped with shade trees and other crops. The coffee is carefully harvested, processed using micro-mills, and supported by the women-led Aproselvanor cooperative, which fosters community development and provides vital financial support to producers.

Brazil
Sourced from Mogiana, Brazil’s renowned coffee region, this coffee offers smooth and nutty flavours. Produced by Cooxupé’s 14,000-member cooperative, the coffee is hand-picked and precisely dried to preserve its quality.

Colombia
From the Huila region, El Tulipán adds a bright, fruity dimension. Carefully de-pulped, fermented, washed, and dried under solar panels, this coffee reflects the dedication of smallholder farmers and their cooperatives to preserving flavour and consistency.
