A coffee house favourite. Stoneground Ceylon tea with a ton of bergamot. “Really foggy I say”. This is hands down the best one we have had.
Ingredients: black tea, oil of bergamot
|Hot: Whisk powder with a small amount of milk first to make a smooth paste. Then add the rest of the milk and whisk until smooth.|
|Cold: Combine milk, powder and some ice cubes in a blender. Mix until smooth.|
|1/2 tsp 8 oz / 240 ml Milk|
