Monin Cherry Vanilla Iced Coffee
A cherry-and-vanilla twist on your iced coffee routine, finished with milk and sweet cold foam.
What you’ll need
- ½ oz (15 mL) Monin Cherry Syrup
- ½ oz (15 mL) Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 2 shots espresso
- Cold milk, enough to fill the glass
- Ice
- Sweet cold foam, to top
Garnish: a cherry.
Make your cup
- Fill a 16 oz glass with ice. Add the cherry and vanilla syrups, then the espresso.
- Add cold milk, leaving space at the top for foam. Mix by pouring into a second vessel and back into the glass.
- Spoon sweet cold foam over the drink and garnish with a cherry.
