Blue Raspberry Soda (16oz)
Ingredients
- - 1 oz. Monin Blue Raspberry Syrup
- - Fill with club soda
- - Ice
- - Garnish: Raspberries
Instructions
- Fill serving glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed. Stir well or transfer from serving glass to other glass and back to mix. Garnish.
Summer Sky Spritz (12oz)
Ingredients
- - 1 oz. Non-alcoholic aperitif
- - 3/4 oz. Monin Blue Raspberry Syrup
- - 2 oz. lemon-lime soda
- - 2 oz. club soda
- - Ice
- - Garnish: Mint, Lemon peel/wheel/wedge
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
Baja Breeze (12oz)

- - 3/4 oz. Monin Blue Raspberry Syrup
- - 2 oz. pineapple juice
- - 2 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
