Mocktail Recipe Inspiration
Yuzu Pineapple Paloma (Non-Alcoholic)
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Monin Yuzu Pineapple Syrup
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- Top with grapefruit flavoured soda
- Ice
- Garnish: Grapefruit wheel/wedge, Pineapple frond
Instructions
- Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
Hugo Spritz (Non-Alcoholic)
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Monin Elderflower Syrup
- 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz. club soda
- Ice
- Garnish: Mint, Flowers/herbs, Lemon peel/wheel/wedge
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Transfer into a mixing tin and back into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
Peach Cobbler Mocktail
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Monin Peach Purée
- 1/4 oz. Monin Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
- 2 oz. fresh brewed black tea
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes of Bitter Concentrate
- Ice
- Garnish: Mint, Cinnamon stick, Cookie rimmer, Peach slice
Instructions
- Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
