This dark delicious oolong comes from one of the most prestigious growing regions of the world - the Wuxi mountains. This "rock oolong" displays rich flavours of roasted chestnuts and cassia. Charcoal baking in wicker baskets gives this tea unique depth. Ideally prepared in a guywan and good for 6-7 infusions.
